Thai-German Products Public Company Limited or TGpro, the first and largest producer of stainless steel

TGpro was founded in 1973 by Mr. Pracha Leelaprachakul with an initial production capacity of grade 304, 304L and 316L totally 600 tons per year. Its aim was to become one of the leaders of stainless steel production worldwide. In order to fulfill its aim and to accommodate the increasing demand for stainless steel products,
TGpro has continuously expanded its capacity and improved its management efficiency as follows:
In 1987 - TGpro increased the production capacity to 1,000 tons and to 3,000 tons in 1990.
In 1994 - TGpro became a public company and officially listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
In 1995 - TGpro, with support of the Board of Investment (BOI) has expanded its business by building a 326,400 square-meter-factory in Rayong Province (zone 3). The plant has an output capacity of more than 50,000 tons per year.
In 1999 - TGpro participated in the project "Management Improvement" by Total Quality Management (TQM). This was a preliminary program held by the coorperation of Institute of Technology, Thai-Japan Technology Association, The Institute of Human Resource Development, and Thailand Industrial Association, aiming at providing conceptual frame works in forming systematic management for overall industries in Thailand. To satisfy the demand for high quality products along with punctual deliveries and reliable services, TGpro implemented program of Total Quality Management of TQM.
In 2000 - TGpro obtained the certificate of ISO9002 and ISO9001 repectively from RWTUV(Thailand) Limited presently known as TUV NORD.
In 2005 - TGpro obtained the certificate of Quality Management System ISO 9001 from TUV NORD.
In 2008 - All TGpro pipes used for high pressure equipment are certified by BUREAU VERITAS's "Quality Assurance System in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/ED (PED) Annex 1, Paragraph 4.3 of the directive"
In 2018 - TGpro obtained the certificate of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 from BUREAU VERITAS's Since its establishment, the primary focus of the company has been the efficiency of it's production process and management that saves our customers time and money and has made TGpro one of the leadersin stainless steel production worldwide.
