1. Rifling rib making
Rifing rib making inside the tube has resulted in 30% higher for the heat transfer area causing the number of tubes used in the heat exchanger is less while the heat transfer performance is remained the same and the size of the heat exchanger is made clearly smaller with more compact. In addition the production cost of the heat exchanger would be reduced.

2. Increased heat transfer coefficient The feature of the rifling ribs that are turning in the same direction throughout the tube help to in crease the swirl and turbulent flow of the flowing fluids at the internal tube wall causing the thermal boundary layer to be thinner and the heat resistance is decreasing while the heat transfer performance is higher. The heat transfer coefficient shall be about 50% higher comparing to general ordinary tubes

3. Standard strength
Making such rifling rib is resulted in more strength of the tube while part of the thinner tube wall in turn create the good result for the heat transfer from the tube wall to the flowing fluids as the heat resistance through the tube
wall would be reduced and the heat transfer is getting better
